Pricing for your project is based on the following:

Collecting materials
Consider what resources, file and information you already have on hand and are able to provide. Will we need to contact anyone to get additional logos, photos, videos, or background information? Will we need to be present at an event in order to complete your project? If you are not in the New York City area how much time is needed for shipping packages and delivering the final product?
Processing
Video, photo and audio quality will depend highly on the original equipment you used, so may have to crop or edit unusable sections.
Editing and Design Time
This is the most time-consuming aspect of any project. Your estimate will reflect the projected amount of time needed for your project and you will not be charged if we go over the written projection.
Completion and Packaging
Once your project is done we will prepare it in the format(s) you requested. If there is a better alternative we will let you know in order to save time and money.

How do you bill?

Before we start any work you will receive a work order which you must approve via email. The work order will list the details of the project as discussed and will include terms of payment. To simplify billing, payment is due upon completion of most projects. Complex projects that are costly and require travel must meet separate criteria and generally require 50% payment up-front.

What is your refund policy?

We establish a free client page for each customer. This way you have the ability to approve your final project or make adjustments along the way. To date, we have not ever had to issue a refund because our clients knew exactly what they were getting before the final project was delivered.

Why don't we just list the prices?

No two projects are exactly the same. It would unfair to list prices that just aren't accurate so we take a consultative approach and like to find out exactly what your needs are. That way you won't pay for more than what you actually need!
